Maggi Vegetable Noodles

Ingredients:

·         1 Packet of Maggi Noodle
·         1 Medium sized Onion finely chopped
·         1 Green chillies finely chopped
·         1 cup of chopped Vegetable mix (Carrot, peas, beans)
·         1 tbs Oil

Preparation:

·       Cook the noodles alone as per the instruction on the MAGGI packet (don't overcook the noodles).
·       In a wide bottomed pan, add oil and heat it, add onions and green chillies and saute it until the onions turn light brown.
·       Now add the vegetables and sauté it finely in medium heat.
·       Add the taste maker that comes with the MAGGI packet and give a fine stir.
     (No need to add salt because the taste maker will already have salt)
·       Reduce the heat, add the cooked noodles and give a slow stir without breaking the noodles.
·       Maggi vegetable noodle is ready and serve it with Tomato ketchup.
