Iraal Sukka Varuval (Shrimp dry fry)

Ingredients:
·         ½ lbs Shrimp
·         1 tsp. Ginger garlic paste
·         ¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
·         1 tsp. Chilli powder
·         1 tsp. Coriander powder
·         1 tbs Lemon juice
·         Salt to taste
·         1 tbs Oil
Preparation:
·      Clean and wash the Shrimp.
·       In a bowl, take the washed shrimp, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt and mix it well.
·       Marinate the shrimp for 10 minutes.
·       Take a pan, heat oil and add the marinated shrimp, give a constant stir and leave the shrimp in reduced heat for 10- 15 minutes.
·       When the shrimp is dry fried well and the oil begins to separate turn off the heat.
·       Remove the shrimp from the pan and place it in the paper towel to drain the excess oil.
·       Deep fried Shrimp is ready to eat.
