Chilli Chicken

Ingredients:

·         1 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken cut into small pieces
·         1 medium sized Onion chopped in length wise
·         2 Green chillies cut in length wise
·         1 Egg
·         2 tbs Chilli powder (desired amount)
·         1 tbs Coriander powder
·         ½ tsp. Black Pepper powder
·         ¼ tsp. turmeric powder
·         1 tbs Ginger garlic paste
·         Few Coriander leaves finely chopped
·         Salt to taste
·         Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

·      In a bowl take the chicken, egg, chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, turmeric, ginger garlic, salt and mix it well.
·      Marinate the chicken for 1 hour.
·      In a separate skillet, add little oil and fry the onions and chillies and keep it aside.
·      After an hour, in a deep bottomed pan heat the oil for deep frying, now slowly add the chicken pieces one by one and deep fry it until the chicken pieces turns brown and crisp.
·       Remove the chicken from oil and place it in the paper towel to drain excess oil.
·       Now garnish the deep fried chicken piece with fried onions, chillies and coriander.
·       Squeeze a lemon wedge over the chicken (optional).
·       Yummy Chilli Chicken is ready.
