Bread Toast

Ingredients:
·         2 slices of Bread
·         1 Egg
·         ½ cup Milk
·         2 tbs Sugar
·         1 tbs Butter
 Preparation:
·    In a bowl, take egg, milk, sugar and beat it.
·    Apply butter on both the sides of the bread slice and toast it lightly.
·    In a non stick skillet, dip the bread slice in the egg mixture and place it on the skillet and cook it in medium heat.
·    When the edges turn crisp and brown flip the wet side of the bread carefully to cook.
·    When the bread is done turn off the heat.
·    Bread toast can be served as a breakfast or as a snack.
