Bread Omelette

Ingredients:
·         2 slices of Bread
·         1 Egg
·         1 small sized Onion finely chopped
·         1 Green Chilli finely chopped
·         Little Coriander finely chopped
·         ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
·         1 tbs Butter
·         Salt to taste
Preparation:
·    In a bowl, take egg, onion, green chilli, coriander, turmeric, salt, little water and beat it for few minutes.
·    Apply butter on both the sides of the bread slice and toast it lightly.
·    In a skillet, pour a ladle of egg mixture and cook it for few minutes, now place the bread slice on the uncooked side of the omelette and pour the egg mixture over the bread and flip the wet side of the bread carefully to cook.
·    Press gently and cook in medium heat and when it turns light brown and the edges are crisp turn off the heat.
·    Serve it with Tomato ketchup.
