Raita

Ingredients:
·         1 cup Yogurt
·         1 small sized Onion finely chopped
·         1 small Tomato finely chopped
·         1 Green chilli finely chopped (optional)
·         Little Coriander finely chopped
·         Salt to taste
Preparation:
·    In a bowl, take the onion, tomato, green chilli, coriander, yogurt, salt, desired amount of water and mix it well.
·    Serve the raita with Chicken Briyani/Vegetable Briyani.
