Egg Omelette

Ingredients:
·         2 Eggs
·         1 medium sized Onion finely chopped
·         1 Green chilli finely chopped
·         ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
·         1 tbs Water
·         Salt to taste
·         Oil
Preparation:
·    In a bowl, take the eggs, water and turmeric powder and beat it.
·    Add the onions, green chilli and salt to the egg mixture and mix it well.
·    In a separate non stick skillet, apply little oil and pour a ladle of the egg mixture and gently press the ladle and swirl it in circles.
·    Cook it in medium heat and when the sides become light brown and crisp flip the other side and cook it for few minutes so the onion & chillies are done well.
·    Now remove from the skillet and the omelet is ready to eat.
