Coconut chutney

Ingredients:
·         1 cup fresh shredded Coconut
·         ½ cup Pottu kadalai (roasted split chick peas)
·         2 Garlic cloves
·         2 Green chillies
·         ½ tsp mustard seeds
·         ½ tsp urad dal/black gram
·         few curry leaves
·         1 tsp oil
·         Salt to taste
Preparation:
·    Take the pottu kadalai, coconut, garlic, green chillies and salt in a blender.
·    Add little water and grind it finely.
·    In a separate skillet, heat the oil, add mustard,urad dal and curry leaves, fry it for a minute.
·    Then transfer it to the grinded mixture.
·    Coconut chutney is ready.
·    Serve it with Dosai/Idli/Venpongal/Upma.
