Carrot Raita


Ingredients:
·         1 cup Yogurt
·         1 medium sized Carrot shredded
·         Little Coriander finely chopped
·         Salt to taste
Preparation:
·       In a bowl, take the carrot,coriander, yogurt, salt, desired amount of water and mix it well.
·       Serve the raita with Vegetable Pulav/Vegetable Briyani.
