Chappathi recipe

Ingredients:
·         2 cup Wheat flour
·         ½ cup warm milk
·         2 tbs Oil/ghee/butter
·         1 tsp Salt
·         ½ cup water or as required
Preparations:
·    In a bowl, take wheat flour, salt and mix it together.
·    Add the warm milk, oil, water little by little and knead the dough until it forms a soft and non-sticky dough.
·    Add little oil and knead the dough few more times and keep it covered for ½ hr to 1 hr.
·    Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each piece into a small ball.
·    On a lightly floured surface place a dough ball and roll it into flat & circular shaped roti using a rolling pin.
·    Heat a flat skillet in medium heat, place the rolled roti and cook until the bottom side turns colour and puffs on the upper side now flip the roti gently press the roti to puff and cook until we get the brown spots.
·    Cook the remaining dough as the above.
·    Super soft chappathi is ready to serve with Vegetable Kuruma/Potato kuruma.
·    Chappathi can also be served with Kissan Jam (so yummy).
