Muttai Poriyal (Egg Scramble)

Ingredients:
·         2 Eggs
·         1 medium sized Onion finely chopped
·         1 Green chilli finely chopped
·         ¼ tsp. Turmeric powder
·         ½ tsp. Mustard seeds
·         Salt to taste
·         Oil
Preparation:
·       In a pan, heat the oil, add mustard seeds, onions, green chilli and sauté till the onions turns light brown.
·       Now reduce the heat, add the raw eggs, turmeric, salt and constantly stir the eggs along with the onions & chillies until it forms small and soft curls.
·       Leave it in reduced heat for few more minutes and when the scrambled eggs are cooked well remove from the skillet.
·       The scrambled egg is ready to eat.
