Phulka


Ingredients
2 cup Wheat flour.
1 tsp Salt.
Little Oil/Ghee.
½ cup water or as required.

Preparation
In a bowl, take wheat flour, salt and mix it together.
Add the warm milk, water little by little and knead the dough until it forms a  soft and non-sticky dough.
Add little oil/Ghee and knead the dough few more times.
Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each piece into a small ball.
On a lightly floured surface place a dough ball and roll it into flat & circular shaped roti using a rolling pin.

Heat a flat skillet in medium heat, place the rolled roti and cook it for few minutes then place the roti on the grill until the bottom side turns colour and puffs on the upper side now flip the roti  to puff and cook until we get the brown spots.

Cook the remaining dough as the above.
Super soft Phulka is ready to serve with Vegetable Kuruma/Potato kuruma.
