Ingredients:

cup Besan flour/Bengal gram flour
·

Bhajji Milagai / Anaheim chilli Pepper (Sliced and seeds removed)

¼
cup Rice flour
·        
½
tsp. Red chilli powder
·        
¼
tsp. Food colour (optional)
·        
½
tsp. Cumin powder
·        
¼
tsp Baking Soda
·        
Salt
to taste
·        
Oil
for deep frying
Preparation:
·       In
a bowl, take the besan flour, rice flour, chilli powder, cumin powder, food
colour, salt, baking soda, add little water, mix altogether and keep it aside
for 10 minutes.
·       In
a separate deep bottomed pan, take oil and heat it.
·       Now
dip the bhajji milagai in the flour mixture and slowly drop it in the oil to deep
fry until it turns crisp and brown.
·       Remove
the deep fried milagai bhajji from oil and place it in a paper towel to drain
the excess oil.
·       Serve
the Milagai Bhajji with Tomato ketchup/Sweet Tamarind Chutney.
