Half Boiled Egg Omelette

Ingredients:
·         2 Eggs
·         2 tsp Coriander seeds
·         2 tsp Cumin seeds
·         2 tsp Fennel seeds
·         2 tsp Black Pepper
·         1 tsp Turmeric powder
·         1 tbs Water
·         Salt to taste
·         Oil

Preparation:
Making Powder mix:
·       Roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and black pepper in reduced heat and grind them to fine powder.
·       Mix the turmeric powder and salt to the grinded powder.
(We can also prepare the powder mix in excess and store it in an airtight container for later use).

Making Half Boil Omelette:
·       In a separate nonstick skillet, apply little oil and break a egg and pour it in the skillet don’t break the the egg yolk.
·       Cook it in medium heat, sprinkle the masala powder mix on the wet uncooked side of the egg and when the sides become brown and crisp remove from the skillet slowly and the half boil egg is ready to eat.
