Ingredients
1 lbs Boneless
skinless chicken1 large Onion finely chopped
2 medium size Tomato diced
2 Green chillies cut in lengthwise
1 cup Coconut milk
2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
¼ tsp. Turmeric powder
2 tsp. Chilli powder
1 tsp. Coriander powder
1 Bay leaves
2 Cinnamon
Little Coriander finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 tbs Oil
Preparation
Wash
the chicken, cut into small pieces and little turmeric powder to the chicken.In a pot, heat oil, add bay leaves, cinnamon, onion, ginger garlic paste, tomato, green chillies one by one and sauté it for few minutes.
Add chicken, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and cook it for 10 - 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked well.
Add the coconut reduce the flame and cook for few more minutes and turn off the flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Chicken Coconut Gravy is ready to serve with rice/chappathi/Paratha.
