Sweet Tamarind Chutney


Ingredients: 
·         2 tbs Tamarind extract
·         ½ cup Jaggery powder
·         5 seedless Date
·         5 Raisins
·         1 tsp. Salt
·         ½ tsp. Red Chilli Powder
Preparation:
·      In a bowl, take the tamarind extract, jaggery powder, date, raisins, salt, red chilli powder, 1 cup of water, mix it well and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
·       In a blender take the above mixture and blend it finely and filter the blended juice.
·       In a pan, take the filtered juice and let it boil in reduced heat for 5-10 minutes, when the juice thickens turn off the heat and let it cool and refrigerate it.
·       Sweet Tamarind Chutney is ready to serve with Samosa/Bhajji/Pakoda.
