Masala Fish fry

Ingredients:
·         4 Tilapia fish
·         2 tbs Red Chilli powder
·         1 tbs Cumin powder
·         1 tbs Coriander powder
·         1 tbs Pepper powder
·         ½ tsp turmeric powder
·         Salt to taste
·         Oil for frying
Preparation:
·    Clean and wash the fish.
·    Add turmeric on the fish and mix it well so it takes the raw smell.
·    Mix the red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, salt and add little water and make it into a fine paste.
·    Apply the mixture on both sides of the fish and marinate it for 10 – 15 minutes.
·    In a flat pan heat the oil and add the marinated fish one by one and fry it until it becomes crisp on both sides.
