Crispy Potato Fry


Ingredients:
·         4 large potatoes
·         1 tbs chilli powder
·         1 tbs rice flour
·         1 tsp corn flour
·         Salt to taste
·         2 tbs oil
Preparation:
·    Boil the potatoes and dice into small cubes.
·    In a bowl, take the potatoes add chilli powder, rice flour, corn flour, salt and mix well so that the potatoes  get  even coating.
·    In a flat shallow pan, heat the oil, add the potatoes  and reduce the heat.
·    Give a stir in between and when the potatoes turns brown and crispy, turn off the heat.
·    Serve it with Sambar & Rice/Rasam & Rice.
