Wheat Paratha recipe


Ingredients:
·         2 cup Wheat flour
·         ½ cup warm milk
·         2 tbs Oil or as required
·         1 tsp Salt
·         ½ cup water or as required
Preparations:
·        In a large bowl, take wheat flour, salt and mix it together.
·        Add the warm milk, oil, water little by little and knead the dough until it forms soft and non-sticky dough.
·        Add little oil and knead the dough few more times and keep it in a covered bowl for ½ to 1 hour.
·        Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each piece into a small ball.
·        On a lightly floured surface place a dough ball and roll it into flat & circular shaped roti using a rolling pin.
·        Apply oil on the roti and fold it in to half, again apply oil on the top again and fold it into half which forms a triangle, roll it flat which forms a triangular shaped paratha.
·        Heat a flat skillet in medium heat, place the paratha and cook until the bottom side turns colour and puffs on the upper side now flip it gently press the paratha to puff and cook until we get the brown spots.
·        Wheat Paratha is ready to serve with Vegetable Kuruma/Potato kuruma.
