Muttai Varuval (Egg fry)


Ingredients:
·         4 boiled Egg cut in halves
·         1 tbs Chilli powder
·         1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
·         1 tbs Lemon juice
·         Salt to taste
·         Oil for frying
Preparation:
·       Mix the chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt and make it into a fine paste.
·       Apply the mixture on both sides of the egg and marinate it for 10 minutes.
·       In a flat pan heat the oil and add the marinated egg and fry it until it becomes crisp on both sides.
